ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
The side effects are minimal but may include fatigue, slight bruising, tenderness at the injection site, lightheadedness, and temporary worsening of symptoms. It is best to consult with Kurt to understand what to expect from your personalized treatment plan.
WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR ACUPUNCTURE?
Kurt meets with each patient before their first treatment to ensure they are a good candidate for acupuncture. Acupuncture is a natural approach to overall wellness that is suitable for both men and women. Those not eligible for acupuncture include those with hemophilia or contagious skin diseases.
CAN ACUPUNCTURE BE PAINFUL?
Acupuncture treatments are not painful. Acupuncture is performed with hair-thin needles that do not resemble the pain felt by a hypodermic needle. Patients often fall asleep and are in deep relaxation on the table.
