FAQs
Can I cancel my Loyalty Membership at any time?
There is a 6-month minimum commitment on our Loyalty Memberships. After the initial 6 months you may cancel your membership at any time, with a 30-day’s notice prior to your next invoice.
Will the “banked” money stay in the bank if I cancel my membership?
Yes, your banked money will stay banked on your card until you’ve used it all. Once there is no more money on your card, it will need to be returned to Wellness Co.
Can I transfer bank $ to another user account?
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your funds on your account to another account. The money on your card, is for you and you only!
Is there a minimum age for membership?
Yes, you must be 18 years or older to be a VIP Member and/or use the VIP Member cards.
Can I share a membership with a family member or friend?
No, unfortunately you cannot share your membership card with others to use.
Can I re-enroll after cancellation?
You can re-enroll after cancelling your membership. However, the $25 signup fee will be collected again, at time of re-signup.
Can I upgrade my membership at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership. You will have to come into the office to do so, allowing us to transfer your funds to the correct membership card!
