Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! If you need to cancel an appointment give MINIMUM of 24 hours notice.

At Wellness Co., we have a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect the providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All Facial/Massage Appointments: $50 charge

All Aesthetic Appointments:

  • 0-30 minute appointment: $50 charge
  • 0-60 minute appointment: $100 charge
  • 61-75 minute appointment: $150 charge
  • 76-90+ minute appointment: $200 charge

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we carry a waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Wellness Co. team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Please note, if your appointment is on a Monday and you need to cancel on Saturday or Sunday when we are not open, please leave a message and we will get back to you!
