I have continued to invest in and advance my practitioner skillset to achieve a recognizable name in the aesthetic industry amongst practitioners and patients. I now have the job of my dreams where I see the clients who want to invest in their aesthetic care, value my expertise, and show up to their appointments consistently. I hand-select new patients, as I desire, and consistently maintain 100% full books doing what I love.
I have learned how to hire right, fire right, coach, mentor, motivate, and everything in between. I have started from ground zero (no handouts or hand-me-downs) and built a strong, successful, and growing 7-figure practice.
