Wellness Privacy Policy – as of September 04, 2024

Thank you for visiting our website and considering our services at Wellness. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in relation to the services we provide.

Our Privacy Policy is very simple. What you transmit to us will remain private and will stay with us. This includes both the data you input as well as your personal data, such as your email address, name, address, credit card information and all other information we receive from you.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At Wellness Co., If you need to cancel an appointment give MINIMUM of 48 hours notice.

At Wellness Co., we have a 48 hours cancellation/no show policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect the providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All Facial/Massage Appointments: $50 charge

All Aesthetic Appointments:

  • 0-30 minute appointment: $50 charge
  • 0-60 minute appointment: $100 charge
  • 61-75 minute appointment: $150 charge
  • 76-90+ minute appointment: $200 charge

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we carry a waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Wellness Co. team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number when you voluntarily provide it to us during the lead generation process and patient registration process. We collect this information for the purpose of sending appointment reminders, service feedback requests, promotional offers, discounts, and other marketing content related to our products and services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send appointment reminders and service feedback requests via SMS and email.
  • Provide information about our products and services via SMS and email, including promotional offers and discounts.
  • Confirm successful submission of forms through automatic SMS confirmations.
  • Comply with legal requirements and enforce our legal rights.
  • Improve our services and customer experience.

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the policies of appointment for remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation policy above for details).

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

The two exceptions, of course, are as follows:

  1. using your personal data solely in connection with processing your credit card payments; and
  2. a court order or validly issued subpoena.

4. Your Consent

By providing your personal information to us and giving your consent to receive email/SMS communication, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds of any service rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days and for the same product only.

No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.

5. Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption techniques to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect.

Children Policy

Here at Wellness Co., we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Additionally, it helps us maintain the integrity of our business operations, specifically with regards to medical records.

Effective May 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a 2% transaction fee on all credit card payments. To mitigate the impact of this fee increase, a 2% discount will be applied to the total purchase amount for patients who pay with cash or check.
